  3. Proposal. Itemized and phased if you want - great yards can be built in chapters.
  4. Install. Soil prepped properly, plants placed per plan, mulched, watered in and walked with you.

Installed plants carry our establishment guarantee with reasonable watering on your end. Dead plants get replaced, not debated.
